Article 1: Purpose

– These terms and conditions of sale specify the rights and obligations of the purchaser in respect of the products sold on nandelparis.com website within the framework of a distance selling system.

– The contract established in the case of an effective order made within the framework and according to the conditions set forth in these terms and conditions, is that of the regulation on distance selling, pursuant, in particular, to the Consumer Code, as well as the specific provisions set forth below.

– The order implies irrevocable acceptance of the terms and conditions. The customer states that (s)he has the capacity to enter into this contract, i.e. (s)he is of legal age and not under guardianship.

Article 3: Returns

We have put in great care and effort to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. All orders are carefully packaged and checked before shipping. Please contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently. If you have any additional questions or problems, please do not hesitate to email us at contact@nandelparis.com . We are more than happy to help and our team will make every effort to respond as soon as possible.

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Article 4: Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Article 5: Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Article 6: Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Article 7: Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nandel Paris, 57 rue Danjou; 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt France

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should  always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning a product. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Article 8: Lost parcels – Empty parcels

Nandel Paris never send empty parcel to the customers

In case you have not received you parcel, please contact us : contact@nandelparis.com

If you received an empty parcel you must refuse it, if the parcel is empty please contact the delivery service of your country

and open a case, you can send us an email with the open case document at  contact@nandelparis.com.
